… genderized thinking, anthropomorphic archetypes and other presumed ‘chasms’,
all created by an entirely abstract, dichotomous bifurcation of Life
that has left our species in a state of mind :
– where Life & Love engender Death & Hate
and nothing makes socio-ecological sense;
– where social-emotions are attributed to Anima
and Intelligence belongs to our Animus,
thus ‘divorcing’ the SYZYGY of our collective Psyche.

Notably, in astronomy Zysygy is a line configuration of three or more celestial bodies

 

! A Clarifiction !

‘Unconscious about sub-consciousness‘
continues to be the scientific authority and guiding principle of the Here & Now;
– with all our cognitive biases and logical fallacies we continue to believe
that what was held to be true or proven yesterday will do the same today.

~C.G.Jung, who coined the terms ‘Anima & Animus’ within the concept of Archetype, once said:

“I am fully aware that we are discussing pioneer work which by its very nature can only be provisional.”

Provisional means temporary, subject to change & alterations, something to consider when dealing
with ideas, concepts & terminologies of C.G. Jung or any other groundbreaking thinker of the past.
With the progression of time and the evolution of environmental circumstances,
old ‘maps’ need to be revisited, corrected and redrawn;

– something I’m trying to do here !

 

 

Trust me, on this ‘level of thinking’, we – our species collectively – will be held accountable
for all our intentional or unintentional misconducts.

But, the way we perceive those consequences will make a great difference in our personal life:
– On the one hand, we can still hope for better days, continue with our delusional lives as usual,
try to repair, ‘re-engineer’ or ultimately struggle our way out of this discomfort;
We can regret our wrongdoings and atone for our sins, or revolt against the oppression,
fight the establishment and all the suffering & evil there is.
In hindsight, all these things will not make the slightest difference to the collective perceptual illusions
that make our species the ‘be-all-end-all‘ of all things, nor will it change the anthropocentric narrative
of our life, restore our social-emotionally degenerated intelligence or heal our psychosomatic illnesses.

– Just dressing up in new, green camouflage isn’t changing the wearer’s
contentious nature or phony character at all ! –

Unless we make fundamental changes to our cognitive logistics, overcome the traumatizing Law & Order of
our Monotheistic culture and leave the dichotomous logic of right-or-wrong behind,
all the fear & pain that is defining our lives will not reside.

Dichotomous Belief refers to the thought that everything should be divided or ‘cut’ into
two (only) antithetical, opposing choices, classes or categories. Studies imply that dichotomous
thinking is associated with low cognitive abilities and low levels of education attainment.
The True-or-False, profit-or-loss thinking refers to the cognitive approach focusing on benefits
and disadvantages. Studies have shown that these dimensions are all related to aggression. ^[A]

Unless we shift away from the linear, beginning-to-end recitation and change our ‘playbook’ in
accordance with the much more synergetic eco-dynamic of collaboration & co-creativity, the clash between
the Have & Have-Not, the For-or-Against, will cause greater incongruence, more harm & destruction 
to our life & habitat than we can endure;
– the desecration & abuse of ‘Mother Earth’, with all its damaging effects on our physical & spiritual equilibrium,
will continue to haunt & terrorize our species into its self-induced, mental abyss.

  Dynamic equilibrium: the condition of balance between varying, shifting, and opposing forces that characterize all living processes. 

Unless we come to our senses, reinvigorate our social-emotional intelligence and reinstate our sapience,
the individual will have to continue to compete with its own brainchild, an AI machinery that
has no socio-ecological substance; – the synergy of network ‘weaving’ will get lost in a senseless fight for survival.

 

The gift, or our ability to engage, communicate & interact with each-Other and our environment,
is the signature trait of our species.
This innate social-emotional-intellect is our interface to the eco–dynamic nature of life.

 

But there comes along a certain linear, hierarchic belief-system that insists on the repudiation of the undeniable,
– our ‘spiritual’ & biological interrelation & entanglement with the ‘Rest of Creation’,
– our communion with the common and all the elements of our life-giving environment.

Ideas & ideologies can behave like viruses or memes, infectious agents that overwhelm & recode the cognitive functions of our social-emotional-intellect, strip our intelligence of its collective wisdom & common sense, and immobilize or corrupt our mental immune systems.

(This is where influen[za]cer gets another meaning !)

With this ‘Backdoor’ to our subconsciousness wide open and unguarded, the ‘Winds of Change’ can cause a lot of
turbulences in ‘our House’ -(C.G.Jung ) and make it much easier for the ‘Thiefs of Souls’ to steal our ‘Belongings’
and apprehend our ‘spirits’; – then the fear & terror of the unknown sneaks into our lives and begins to manage
our immature & uneducated emotions, and the ‘terror management’ takes over…

 

This kind of social engineering begins with the ‘Transcription’ or recoding of our perception,
and the remolding of our collective consciousness; The multifaceted, synergetic networks of life (Indras Net)
is replaced by a linear, hierarchic world order and some bipolar ideologies that fracture our social-ecological
coherence and leave us with very little ‘room for negotiation’;
All this corrupts our cross-modal correspondences, manipulates our multisensory perception and indoctrinates 
us with new creeds & codes of conduct and a redefinition of Life & Reality.

Changing the language changes the logic
and gives ‘new’ meaning to Life.

This has changed our dynamic & congruous world into an inconsistent,
competitive & hostile ‘environment’, where synergetic collaboration,
compatibility & consonance have translated into relentless contradictions,
discordance & disparity …

Abstract thinking was allways considered one of the key traits of modern man,
a trait that – we believe – distinguishes us from all other creatures out there.
But at some point in time this mental ability became compromised and strange new ideas of
a linear, hierarchic world-order seeped in and began to corrupt our minds and transform our thinking.
A new kind of Abstract-Artificial Intelligence took on a life of its own and
has now ‘created’, or better fabricated a completely disfunctional species (Homo Sociopathis)
that is clearly unable to negotiate its way throught the reality of Life.

– and that’s where we began to live a life we did not choose !

Entrapped in karma, destiny & fate, we are now doomed or blessed by ‘divine’ intent.

This seems to leave us with no other decision but to believe that at the ‘End of the day’, me, myself & I
will have earned my entitlements, hoping to be a ‘Chosen One’, deserving my place on the ‘Right side’,
or proper side of the ‘Fence’; – and all the bad guys stay away.
– All this in a world where Law & Order belong to the strong, powerful & ruthless, where the ‘Rights’
are always taken – never given – grabbed by the ‘Winners’ of the battle against the ‘Wrongs’.

This is where we live an artificial Life that is confined & restricted by Birth & Death,
and our psyche is divided into Anima & Animus; where our common responsibilities shifted into
a common purpose that is constantly ‘crusading‘ against evil & disorder, against the terror & chaos
of wilderness & savagery, against everything that is different or other than
the limitations & parameters of our ‘borrowed’ Life.
We fight anything & everybody that opposes this linear, hierarchic Order,
everything that opposes those God-given entitlements & stratifications;

This is where Life opposes Death,
Love engenders Hate,
and fighting illness became a disease.

This is where growth & expansion
is facing-off against decline & reduction,
where the eternal motion of Life is divided
into progression & advancement on the one side,

The forceful appropriation of time, space and common ground, the heteronomous control over our body, mind &
spirit provided the ‘righteous’ & ‘privileged’, the elite & establishment with entitlements, status & power.
These new, social stratifications & inequalities required the implementation of new morals & ethics,
the law & order that rules by reward & punishment and ‘authorizes’ the restrictions & prohibitions which
in return provide all those discriminations, stratifications and biases that govern our lives today.

Since this belief system has created deep dichotomic divisions, immense psychosomatic imbalances and
deep social-economic rifts, our life is ripped into ‘Mind–This‘ or ‘That–Matters‘, torn apart between
the Rights & Wrongs, the Love & Hate that transpires from splitting the Whole into Good & Evil.
Dichotomic logic or thinking ‘cuts things in two‘, separates Mine from Yours or the Proprietors from
the Have-Nots, it divides our world into protagonists & antagonists, produces an artificial reality with
an eco-nomic fiction^[B] that has nothing, or very little in common with the eco-logic facts of Life.

The many shades of contrast help us to distinguish things and to recognize patterns.
They give us perspective and depth perception so we can ‘see’ the whole configuration (Gestalt)
and functionality in more detail, perceive the phenomena in all their context & complexity.

Eliminating these nuances & graduations, taking away the mitigating colours & shades from
the ‘in-between’, separates & partitions the whole composition, polarizes our thoughts & views,
and is constantly raising conflicts & animosities between individual segments or components.

 

This is where choices become decisions,
responsibilities turn into duties
and emancipation means entitlement.

 

Dichotomic logic turns contrast into contradiction & controversy, these extremes that go black or white,
limit our lives to just This or That, and reduce our sensitivity & ‘vision’.
This is where generalization & stereotyping renders Distinction into Discrimination.

Any separation causes stress to body & mind and mobilizes a ‘cocktail’ of hormones which activates
the necessary metabolic process that provides the normal & healthy, psychosomatic response to the challenge.

But, excessive stimulation, too much of this ‘exercise’ or ‘good stuff’ can become a harmful addiction,
cause painful damage to organs and produce all kinds of anxieties, eventually destroying
the functionality of the entire organism.

Yes, being addicted to comfort and constantly getting ‘High’ on Life
can easily become painfully boring.

Then, when we add our hierarchic classification to the ‘brew’, when we partition the whole concoction,
brake down the composition into its components and then rank or sort all the individual items by
their ‘rightful & legal values’, it gets even more convoluted.

We end up with a deconstructed world and a ‘Life in Pieces’.
(…Where a construct is not a composition !)

 

 

Any immature & inexperienced mind can easily get ‘blinded’
by the flashy ‘limelight’, that is constantly emitted
by all the shiny ‘crown jewels’ ‘above & ahead’ of our lives,
offering all kinds of substitute satisfaction
and socially constructed values.

 

 

By then it becomes difficult to ‘follow’ the harmonies of the ‘composition’,
hard to recognize what gives the ‘soup’ its flavour
and to ‘see’ what it takes to pull it all together, …

 

 

Thus, Choices become Decisions, Promotions elicit Demotions and Pressure meets Resistance,
where Fear makes us just Defensive, and Bravery renders us Offensive & Aggressive.

Dividing the common into properties and keeping things & people IN or OUT of their places
separated the folks from their tutelary spirits or ‘Totems‘, broke the consensus-based cohesion
of communal life, ripped the individual from its indigenous ‘rootstock’
and thus violated the ‘Heart & Soul’ of our existence.

Even though we have tried our very best to set us apart from all Others,
have done everything to elevate our species above beast & dirt,
our kinship with ‘Mother Nature‘ – our habitat is obvious
and our entanglements with the Dynamic of wilderness & chaos remain in place.

With a sophisticated system of abstract numbers & concepts,
we created a false impression of perfection & permanence,

By ‘trans-scribbling’ equilibrium & infinity into a constant repetition,
we presume a return to a particular homeostatic state or condition;
Whereas in reality – or in ecological terms – this kind of permanence or ‘perfect circle’
does not reflect the homeorhetic eco-dynamic of the life cycle.

 

 

The Notion of Consciousness vs Unconsciousness,
 subsequential to dichotomic, dualistic thinking
has often created grave intellectual misconceptions
that makes no sense at all.
Consciousness as a Physical Process Caused by the Organization of Energy in the Brain

 

 

 

Many times we have tried to explain energy, force & balance in abstract mathematical equations,
where a force generates counter-pressure and pressure engenders resistance;
But in nature, these forces of synergy are integral and actualized,
acting collectively in time & space with causal efficacy.

 

 

The geometric concept of connecting two points with one line might have helped to translate
abstract ideas into constructs and designs, but as a philosophic theory, in the context of
nurturing & maintaining living organisms, this idea has utterly failed, and for all
our socio-economic networks the outfall was downright degenerative.

The single, ‘Divine’ Line, connecting & uniting α – the Alpha with Ω – the Omega
can also be used as a demarcation line that separates one thing from the other,
or encircles an area to create an INSIDE vs an OUTSIDE.
By discerning differences, we divided the unity of the whole into
independent antinomies, individual notions and opposing identities.

These monistic, dualistic concepts and dialectic methods ^[C]
in conjunction with the socio-psychological evolution of our species
have become a real brain-twister, an enigma and the greatest philosophic
paradox or conundrum of our time;

From ‘Squaring the Circle‘ to ‘Uniting the Opposites‘ ^[D] this ‘bedrock’ of abstract misconception,
with all its cognitive-logistic fallacies & deceptions, has caused all kinds of perceptual distortions
and became the perfect recipe for estrangement & alienation.

 

 

Altering the linguistic context of our logic has changed content & meaning,
turned Rights, Freedom & Independence into notions of disposition & confrontation.

Our ‘IF – THEN’, conditional logic is consequential and always comes with
the implication of a subsequence or contingency.

The rationalization of the monochromatic belief system fabricated a world-order
that restricted all existence to its diametric opposites
where confrontational doctrines reduced life to a constant struggle
– black vs white – right vs wrong – good vs evil,
and everything is confined by Either/or – Have or have-not;

 

 

Demarcations broke up the intricacy of our social-emotional complexity,
that left us with a scheme where love & care engender hate, ignorance & negligence,
where even the selfless Agape is inferring pathological selfishness.

Depleting the Whole of its abundance & diversity has stripped us of the intermediary,
eliminated the negotiable ground of the In-Between & the Beyond, ultimately
overturned our sapience, the hallmark of our species which has enabled us to 
navigate differences and harmonize the extremes so far.

Now we just oscillate between Paradise tja& Hell,

                      well,

 

 

 

 

 

 

More or less mind-cuffed or ‘tuned’ into this dualism, the individual becomes more
instrumental, a commodity, just a fragment or piece of debris, a component of Life
that has been stripped of its synergetic & intrinsic functionality and that has lost
all its capacities that characterize a living organism;
– and thus our incipient mind has great difficulties to understand and to re-assemble
the organic-dynamic functionality of our common ‘home’ & psyche;
– where an individual finds himself with a deep longing for companionship and a strong,
innate desire to find acceptance, support & protection within the community.

Common sense teaches us that belonging to a band, group or partnership means
blending in, to care about each other and to share the best of your Self with the team.

That’s where the ‘ONE-Self’ gets lost,
feels alienated from the rest of the world,
seems to be alone, on its own, facing all those ‘Others’,
just like a pawn in a big ‘power game’,
always down, belonging and indebted to the ones ‘Above’.

 

 

Our monotheistic belief system has propagated and ‘created’ a new kind of people,
disenfranchised our whole community into a bunch of forsaken individuals
that have lost sight of reality and are now fighting each & everything
just to get ahead of the charade, just to survive what little is left of their marginalized ‘Life’.

The dismissal of all indigenous, socio-ecological principles and the systematic restriction
and corruption of our social-emotional engagements has impaired our correspondence skills,
impeded our innate negotiation-competency, and deprived the collective
of its socio-economic synergy.

With just a remnant of intelligence left, social-emotional benumbed and ecologically illiterate,
humanity degenerated into a disenfranchised, sociopathic and parasitic,
– a ‘dysgenic’ species. ^[E]

Now that we are facing the evolutionary adjustments – the final stage of the Anthropocene –
our species lost its innate ability to negotiate its way out of it.

 

Now, that ‘Mother Earth’ demands reverence, ^[F]

there’s an urgency to see the world as a web of interrelated processes
of which we are an integral part, and that all of our choices and actions
come with extensive consequences that reach further than one can fathom or comprehend.

Stuck in this conditional logic and dichotomic, dualistic thinking,

where Inclusivism is already an enactment of exclusion,

ONE has not the slightest chance to negotiate its way out of
this cataclysmic decomposition of Life, our Psyche

Implying that we need a conjunction of more
than just one thing, idea or process
before we can proceed to the NEXT…

For centuries, mythology, alchemy and psychology have tried to solve these dichotomic,
dualistic contrivances, sought out to unify or amalgamate such presumed divisions;

– That’s is where we find the alchemistic ‘Albedo‘ (whitewashing), the Gnostic pairing of the aeons
as well as the Jungian coniunctio or ‘SYZYGY‘ of the archetypal Anima & Animus,
the yoking or joining of the (contra-sexual) opposites; – Cusanus’s ‘coincidentia oppositorum‘

 

But tackling the different characteristics of such opposites on the same level of thinking
that separated these counterpoints in the first place, turned out to be a hopeless endeavour.

Since everything submits to the anemos or the ‘wind of change’
and even our archetypes are subject to constant evolution,
we need to reconsider all these anachronistic assumptions;
Rather than making them a proven school of thought or a scientific principle 
we should treat them as a pioneering proposition or a preliminary hypothesis. ^[G]

 

 

 

 

 

 

SEPARATIONS are just abstract contrivances of distinctions
which – at the core – are a logistic-linguistic issue
of intra– & inter-species communication.

 

Declaring the absurd ‘theories’ of division & partition
an ‘intellectual property’
and then placing them under
the ‘divine’ protection of just a God Father
laws that were ‘written in stone’,
… a long long time ago !
was a direct assault on our sapience,
subjugated the Holy Sophia, our wisdom
and offended all OTHER Life out there
– the whole ‘Rest-of-Creation’.

 

 

Transcribing HER-story into HIStory !

 

Since our obsession with dichotomic divisions has ‘divorced’ INTELLIGENCE from SOCIAL-EMOTIONS
and replaced it with a new Abstract Intelligence (AI), we now find ourselves socially imbalanced,
ecologically alienated and economically bound to collapse.

Unfortunately, these common, intellectual assumptions are full of logical fallacies,
unable to pass the test of time and/or the deductive analysis of the collective.

Combined with the idea of creation which divided all existence into Good & Evil,
and a belief system that has stratified everything from Best to Worst,
the rhetoric around ‘Anima & Animus‘ has driven deep wedges
into the gender & power dynamics ^[H] of our communities.

With its appalling & confusing effect on our social-emotional competence, all this
partitioning & divorcing created extensive Gender ‘Dysphoria’ amidst the highly commodified
and over-individualized population and is now devouring our civilization from within.

 

 

‘Individualization’ is just a form of reverse-engineered socialization,
degrading the individual to just a cog in the wheel,
making billions of sociopaths to compete for survival,
forcing them to scrap for whatever there’s left of clean water, air & soil.

 

We know that all of us are just a product of society, but now we are socially engineered
by some Abstract Intelligence or AI that has ignorance & discrimination built-in,
designed by an Intelligence that is inadequate, eco-dynamically unsound and which comes
with ideas that are hierarchically constructed, systematically disrespectful and
methodically condescending towards lower social strata and all OTHER – low-lives.

A lack of social-emotional education – hence intelligence – has created a population
that is not only full of anthropocentric hubris and environmental ignorance
but is also socio-ECO-logically completely confused & distressed;
Our species does not even have the intellectual means to respond
rationally & sensitively to the environmental challenges of today.

By systematically dismissing the Common and the Collective, new generations get lost
in the countless ‘rainbow’ stratifications of their pseudo-individualities,
– where the Self ‘drowns’ in narcissism or ‘suffocates’ in self-absorption,
– where the Sense of Agency is reduced to self-promotion or contracted to self-pity & hope

This lack of social-emotional literacy
has stripped our species of its sapience,
of its authenticity and ecological relevance.

 

A closer look at the interrelated & complementary processes of our eco-dynamic networks
will reveal even more incongruencies, irreconcilable discrepancies
between our abstract figments and the OTHER, – Real World ‘out there’.

 

This unmitigated dissociation from the environmental reality
has caused widespread zoochosis among a highly individualized population
and had a traumatising^[H]‘entourage-effect‘ on our collective identity.

 

Humans Are Suffering From Zoochosis, Caused By Time in Captivity

To bridle or bring this anthropocentric hubris and sociopathic behaviour under control
requires more than just some better laws or intelligent techniques,
it needs a well-educated & skilled Social-Emotional Intelligence.

This is where we harness our emotions, utilize them socially
and use them like an organic compass to navigate the madness
of our civilizational collapse and the chaos of LIFE.

As soon as we realize that nothing comes from nothing, and we clearly understand
that it takes more than just a village to raise a ‘brain child’, we will acknowledge
the origins of our innate desire & longing for communion & interconnectivity.

Thus will come the recognition that all intra- & interspecies communications
begin with cognitive-linguistic issues and ultimately lead
to our common, Social-Emotional Intelligence and our collective consciousness.

To overcome the biases of this mental trap
and regain our socio-ecological integrity,
we need to ‘uncivilize’ ourselves and
recover our animalic grace & decency.

Those of us who want to go beyond our traditional, dichotomous ‘bifurcations’,
need a new process-philosophical approach to the oldest, but most fundamental
questions of humanity; they have to regain a ‘spirituality’ that is revering
the dynamic synergy of nature and reinjects real Life into our pathetic existence.

By taking the rejoining or re-pairing of the opposites a bit further, we will
recognize that the demarcation lines are heavily blurred and that countless shades
and a large spectrum of opportunities are lurking in this in-between.

Only a social-emotionally educated population is able to navigate the ambiguities
of this ‘twilight zone’, the mind space where the Self is mature enough to enter
a communion with all OTHERS, ready to transcend into the collective – Life or Psyche.

Welcome to a reality where economy begins with ecology,
where Life & Death belong together
and where the world runs on synergy and not on power.

And back to Jung’s Anima & Animus :

“In all chaos there is a cosmos, in all disorder a secret order…
we are caught and entangled in aimless experience…
Only when all props and crutches are broken, and no cover
from the rear offers even the slightest hope of security,
does it become possible for us to experience an archetype
that up till then had lain hidden behind the meaningful
nonsense played out by the anima. This is the archetype of meaning,
just as the anima is the archetype of life itself.”
